Some boujee morning oats inspired by Kauia’s almond porridge pot. It’s one of my favorite breakfast options from there. I haven’t had it in a while and I swear this tasted exactly the same!
In a bowl add:
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup low fat milk or milk alternative
Pinch of salt
1 medjool date, chopped
Give it a mix and microwave for approx 2 mins (check on it in case it spills over!)
Toppings:
2 Tbsp plain low fat/ fat free yoghurt
1 tsp almond butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Drizzle of honey
