Here’s an overnight recipe for breakfast so you have no excuses for skipping it the next morning! This recipe serves 1.
60g rolled oats
½ cup (125ml) low fat milk
1/3 cup low fat plain yoghurt
1 heaped Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
½ medium banana, sliced
1 Tbsp. toasted coconut or almond flakes
Method:
Place the oats, milk, yoghurt and cocoa powder in a bowl and mix until well combined. Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator to chill overnight.
To serve, stir the oats, then top with the sliced banana, and toasted coconut or almond flakes.
Well done for eating breakfast!
