Sometimes mornings are really rushed, so how about combining your breakfast and your morning coffee pick me up in one? Try this delicious recipe! It can be also be used as a high protein and energy snack option.
30 g rolled oats
1 small banana, peeled and chopped (option to be frozen for a creamier texture)
200 ml low fat milk
100 ml low fat plain yoghurt
2-3 tsp instant coffee (depending on how strong you like it!)
1 scoop (30g) protein powder
Place the above ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
To serve, pour into a glass or into a shaker if you are on-the-go.
