200g low fat plain yoghurt
60g home-made muesli/granola (see recipe below)
2 dates, pitted & diced
Home-made Granola (serves 12)
3 cups rolled oats
1 ½ cups mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans)
½ cup dried fruit (apricots and raisins)
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon

Layer the yoghurt, muesli/granola and dates in a glass. Option to place in the refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes. Serve.
Home-made Granola
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients together until honey coats everything. Place mixture in one even layer on the sheet.
