It’s summer time and mangoes are in season! Here’s a recipe for a super easy smoothie that can be used as an easy breakfast or a high protein and energy snack option.
30 g rolled oats
150g mango, peeled and sliced
80g pineapple, chopped
150 ml low fat milk
100 ml low fat plain yoghurt
1 scoop (30g) protein powder (optional)
Place the above ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. To serve, pour into a glass or into a shaker if you are on-the-go.
